Kimberlee & Mark Clark, Owners of above Named Stallion, Will herein be referred to as Breeder.

This service is subject to the following:

  • A Non-refundable booking fee of $250 is payable with this contract. The balance of $__________ and shipped semen fee for first shipment are due before any semen is shipped. No contract will be approved until Booking Fee is paid in full.
  • A photocopy of the registration (both sides) shall be sent to breeder with this contract.
  • Shipping days will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday beginning Feb. 6th and ending June 1st of the year of this contract. We highly recommend sending your mare to a vet clinic or breeding farm for her heat. They will coordinate optimum shipping times with us.
  • The Breeder must be notified the day before collection by 5pm Eastern Time, with confirmation/cancelation of shipment no later than 8am Eastern Time the day of shipment. Semen will be shipped on collection day on an “as available” basis.
  • Shipped semen service charges for the U.S. lower 48 states shipped FedEx Priority Overnight at $280 and must be paid prior to shipment. By airline or weekend shipment additional fees may apply and will be determined and paid in full prior to each shipment.
  • LIVE FOAL GUARANTEE: Live Foal means the foal shall stand and nurse. It is understood that if the mare proves barren, aborts her foal, or the foal is stillborn, a return breeding will be guaranteed the following year, providing proper notification is given. Proper notification is a written certification by a licensed veterinarian within seven days, that the mare slipped or produced a non-viable foal. Mare Owner verifies that such abortion or death did not result from any act or omission of the mare owner. Rhino vaccines must be administered as indicated by the individual drug manufacturer as the mare progresses through her pregnancy. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL VOID THE LIVE FOAL GUARANTEE.
  • REBREEDS: If the mare does not produce a live foal the first breeding season bred, mare owner is entitled to a rebreed the following year after initial breeding fee was paid. There after mare owner will be subject to an additional chute fee of $300. No live foal guarantee on the third year.
  • GENETIC DISEASES: This breeder shall be held harmless of any horse(s) with genetic diseases.
  • A breeders certificate will be issued to Mare Owner only after all expenses have been paid in full and upon notification of foal birth.
  • There are no color guarantees.
  • It is agreed that should the above stallion die or become unfit for service, then this contract shall become null and void and the booking fee refunded.
  • This contract shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida. All accounts are due and payable in U.S. dollars
  • This contract is not valid unless completed in full. When Mare owner signs and returns the contract and booking fee to the Breeder, Breeder will notify mare owner within 10 days of approval. Upon notification, it will become a binding contract on both parties, subject to the above terms and conditions.
